Herend Trophies at National Gallop

2025. October 7.
Herend Porcelain Manufactory once again played an important role in the National Gallop, held again at the picturesque Lipizzaner Equestrian Centre in Szilvásvárad on the first weekend of October 2025.
The Manufactory has been the official prize provider of the prestigious event for 18 years, so the name of Herend is closely intertwined with the traditions and values of the National Gallop.
The unique porcelain prizes made by Herend Porcelain Manufactory are not only symbols of victory, but also outstanding works of Hungarian craft culture.
This year, Anna Júlia Rozs, representing Magyarkanizsa, won the Herend Hadik hussar statuette, which expresses the noble value of the winner’s performance.
In addition to the Herend work of art, the rider also received the Challenge Trophy of National Gallop, a hussar sabre from 1848, which preserves the heritage of Hungary’s traditions and equestrian culture.
Every year, Herend Porcelain Manufactory provides prizes created with special artistic sophistication worthy of the National Gallop’s status. The individually designed, hand-painted porcelain trophies worthily represent the Manufactory’s nearly two centuries of craftsmanship and the spirit of Hungarian value creation.
